Before this program, I found it hard to speak my truth and folio my intuition, even though I know I have always been able to obtain advice from the spirit realm. Doing the Duality program I really discovered I was struggling with boundaries. I was brought up that boundaries are a negative thing, like walls that shut people out. As a result, I would find people would take advantage of me. I constantly needed protection. As I progressed each week through this program I became aware of how to hold my boundaries and keep my seniority with permission roses and clearing my pictures. Now I feel confident and strong. My work projects are progressing smoothly and people are noticeably treating me fairly and with respect and kindness.
