I recently completed the Duality course on Mindvalley with Jeffrey Allen, and it was truly a transformative experience. The class gave me a deeper understanding of energy—how it flows, how it responds, and how it can manifest in our physical world. There’s something almost magical about realizing how connected it all is.
Since taking the course, I feel lighter, more peaceful, and more in tune with myself. My mood has noticeably shifted in a positive way, and I carry a sense of calm that wasn’t there before.
One of the most incredible moments for me was actually feeling the energy ball between my hands—then learning how to move that energy through my body for healing. I used this technique on my feet, and the psoriasis I’ve struggled with has significantly reduced—almost completely gone. That alone was amazing.
Another powerful practice was learning how to identify and release limiting beliefs from the aura. The sense of inner peace that followed was immediate and profound.
This experience reminded me that we are far more powerful than we realize. When you begin to understand and work with your own energy, everything starts to shift. I will continue to practice daily!
