Mindvalley and specifically my experience during Duality. Jeffrey is so authentic and at the same time scientific in his explanation of how to genuinely connect to your inner/energetic being and higher self. I cannot properly detail and convey the emotional spiritual and physical benefits I have gained from this class and adopting a daily meditation practice. ?????? Thank you Jeffrey and Mindvalley.
