Before this quest I was feeling a bit afraid of another course I am still doing about embracing death.
 I was reading some of my insights today along this quest and realized I wrote the word happiness many times :) this is even more special having in consideration that I did this quest in October/November 2023, a time of planetary chaos. I felt profound harmony throughout this period and my foundations have been consolidated. 
 I now have even a stronger inner structure to continue my spiritual fitness and I’m deeply grateful for the meditations crated by Jeffrey Allen and Mind Valley, allowing me to, whenever I feel it’s important, to do some of them.
 It was deeply reassuring to feel the group energy and I truly felt supported in life changing events that occurred in my life in this period.
 I recommend this quest to anyone wanting to live a more fulfilling bright life, building a strong alliance of spirit and matter.
 Jeffrey’s fun approach to energy work is also highly inspiring. His stories and experiences shared help grounding a high connection life with self, spirit guides, higher self, synchronicities and happiness from within.
 Especially one of the spiritual techniques touched me deeply: the permission rose.
