It might sound cliche but "This is what I was looking for all my life" and I really mean it. I've been through a lot of meditations and journeys across and this is what integrates everything together looking back. I sincerely believe this should be taught in schools and colleges. As a society we humans need to acknowledge and value this enormous gift we have as Physical, Energy and Higher self. However all of the focus is only on physical, which I believe is the cause of all the challenges we face as human race.
