Before this program, I used spiritual protection and walls. It didn't feel quite like it worked. Now, I feel so much better using a permission rose and keeping my seniority. It makes me feel empowered instead of helpless. As soon as I learned this, I practiced at my local Wal-mart (I'm not a huge fan of the energy in that store, but it was the closest place to buy stamps.) Anyways, there were a few impatient people in line and I remembered to ground myself and use my permission rose. I felt so safe and happy as I offered copies of the rose to others. As a reiki master-teacher, I was aware of quite a few energy tools that Jeffrey talks about. However, the tools that I have learned in this course are very simple to use and effective. It makes it easier to ground and deal with crazy situations that come up. For example, I had just learned the grounding technique when a teenager on her bike, got hit by a car. Everyone was freaking out, and I was grounding....I later found out that I could offer grounding to others. This has been an amazing quest.
