I knew nothing of the energy body before taking the Duality course. Through Jeffrey's teachings, I learned how to connect with energy I never knew existed. Now I can connect with the earth, the cosmic energy, my own healing source, and can appreciate my ability to sense energy in those around me. I learned through more personal introspection and exploration that I am at least a Highly Sensitive Person and potentially an Empath on some level. I've shared what I learned with others to help them connect with energy and it has been a life changing experience! I'm so grateful for this course and for Mindvalley. Thank you, Jeffrey and Vishen.
