"Invaluable to me"

Before this programme, I felt I needed to work on my spiritual growth because I was out of balance, having so much work and not paying enough attention to my health. I never thought that "Duality" would be so practical and I would learn so many applicable tools that have immediate impact. I am now able to understand so many things better, clear my doubts and work on myself further. I was surprised to feel the energy flow during meditations, to easily go on the guided journeys and feel everything that Jeffrey described. I know that this course is just the beginning, I have to practice a lot to develop my skills, but it has been invaluable to me. I chose this programme as my first one in Mindvalley and I'm very happy with my choice.
