"I was able to take a lot of the tools from Duality and use them more intentionally"

I have actively been working my self-development / whole-life living practice on and off for most of my life [ I began visualization work when I was 6 with a family friend] so when I heard of Mindvalley thru an interview with Vishen, I knew immediately I had to check it out. The programs and quests and energy in this community of intention is amazing. The Duality quest - really resonated with me, as I already understood about the power of energy exchange and intention setting, yet how he presented it took it to a new place and space for me; I loved the idea of proactively setting the energy up where it is I was going to go for meetings etc. These tools became incredibly valuable in 2019 - which was easily one of the hardest years of my adult life, with external challenges coming to me and my immediate family, wave after wave. Our partner's adult son was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer @ 22 and was rushed into emergency surgery followed by months of chemo & radiation; a couple of weeks later, my own cancer diagnosis came in [skin cancer] with surgery ; then our partner was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and had his surgeries, chemo and radiation and a temp ilosotmy bag for 9 months; my husband had a critical mental health incident as a result of PTSD from a violent attack at this place of work several months before hand and my position at my work @ a our local College, which had been becoming increasingly unstable for over a period of 12 months [ due to govt changes n shift in funding mandates] was eradicated. All of this, swirling around in the period of six months....took me to the edge and I needed some additional mental health supports after suicidal ideation. During all this time, while I lost contact with most of my intention /transcendent practices, I never fully lost sight of them - I knew that I knew, in the core of my being, that energy was blocked somehow...and that energy work, in conjunction with all the other modalities at play, was essential for us to move forward in a good way. I would use the energy setting work,when I could...where I could...and it worked. I reached out to folks who were in places of stronger, clearer energy fields and it worked. I was able to intended and create a time for us to travel down to Navajo nation [ my partner is related to the Navajo and we needed to do some sacred work there and in Sedona ] and those trips worked - each step, opened up new possibilities and new energies............we were able to intend and create the circumstances for another trip, a few months after that to San Diego & back to Sedona...the land and the energies of the spaces helped to heal us and encourage us. I was able to remember past practices from my childhood locked away in my spiritual DNA and use those to shift the realities we were living with; to help move the negative energies and support health, healing, restoration, recovery of voice/advocacy for those who lost that.....all amazing and good things. We accessed sacred land sites here in Manitoba and with each piece of energy work........each intention...each practice that was used, got me, got us closer and closer to health and equilibrium. Every single one of us, experienced a significant shift in our prognosis and outcomes from our treatments were the ' highest and best' any one could hope for. The side effects experienced by some of the family who were still stuck in Level 1 - experienced easing with intention and energy work....- more importantly, I was able not to take that on, as my journey and get overwhelmed. Every time the monkey mind would push the overwhelm up......I could and would stop; ground; breathe' remember that no moment is forever and no feeling is final; I could then move into energy work and intention setting. This always opened the door to gratitude and a sense of calm. Step by step over the months...I was able to get to a place a deep clarity within and without. I could see clearly why it was my job was ending and that there was nothing there for me any longer, despite everyone wanting me to stay and being an award winning employee. It was my time to leave. I had a bigger stage to step into.....it was time for me to stop tinkering on the side with the message and vision I had been downloaded 3 years ago. I had to feel my fears and do it anyway. I was able to take a lot of the tools from Duality and use them more intentionally. I saw clearly how to give my loved ones the space they needed for their own journey while allowing them to trust the support they had with me; I was able to find a sense of space and place for play and grace and joy in my life. In December I had another awakening [ my 5th in this life so far ] and since then, I have experienced one good thing after another; even in this covid-19 environment, the experiences of my family and our journeys have set us up for good...we are calm.......we are safe and we will be totally ok - in spite of all of us being vulnerable [ in terms of immune suppressed due to a medical history[ I am doing daily energy work on the cellular level to boost our immunities, as we practice all the modalities and precautions we can. This quest on being extraordinary is another example of the exact tool/resource for me, at the perfect time. I know I am exactly where it is I am intended to be.
