Before I started The Duality program I had no idea, I was doing my grounding practices completely wrong. I learned so many key elements and levels to grounding earth energy, and working with my cosmic energy. It opened a whole new spiritual experience for me every day. I’ve been practicing these techniques and I’ve noticed a huge shift in my energy when I take in and when I put out, I find I’m solving issues a lot more calmer. My stress is almost completely gone and now I’m working with my spirit guides for guidance. I’m extremely grateful to Jeffrey for creating such a brilliant program. That’s been absolutely mind blowing on my spiritual journey. Very excited to see my success blossom from these tools , thank you Mindvalley for hosting so many amazing events and workshops with all these talented leaders
