I found this program during one of the toughest times in my life. I had lost my mother, my only living parent who had raised me alone. It was an extremely difficult time, planning her funeral, dealing with family, and like the Universe knew I needed it, it put this course in my path a few days before. I got through that period by remembering my grounding. Whenever I felt lost or adrift, I used that and the other energy tools in this course. I turned a period of grief into a period of growth and I am calmer and feel secure because of it. Jeffrey is a gifted teacher and makes the lessons fun and easy to follow. I definitely recommend this course and look forward to learning more from Jeffrey and Mindvalley.
