"I realized this was what was missing in my spiritual journey"

I just finished the last lesson and my heart is so full of love and gratitude to Jeffrey for teaching me these energy tools. When I first started the course I had so many 'aha' moments as I realized this was what was missing in my spiritual journey. I finally feel that I have a handle on how to recognize, clean and maintain good energy hygiene and am excited to keep exploring the possibilities. This has unlocked a whole new healing path for me! I cried during the last meditation as I felt my guides take my hands - I am no longer alone. Thank you Jeffrey! Sending you hellos and smiles.
