I began this quest a couple years ago when I was new to Mindvalley, and new to all things outside of my indoctrination. I made it to Part 7 when I had the opportunity to jump into a Wildfit quest which took all my time and attention so I paused for some time. But I learned enough to start me on a magical new journey in my life. I just went back through the entire Duality quest to completion almost 2 years later which was interesting in terms of realizing how much I had really learned the first time in such life changing ways, and was now able to explore it much more deeply from my new vantage point. So I now incorporate all the new things I picked up this time around for an even more rich, profound, heightened experience. Not to mention the positive impact it's had on my mental health as a "disabled veteran" which is a term I use loosely now thanks to how well I'm doing today! I'm thankful to Mindvalley for offering this quest and I just adore Jeffery! He is such a soft spoken dear, and in truth, is such a badass, not only in terms of his energy abilities, but his extreme sports, and that intellect of his. He seems to have such a beautiful heart, soul, and mind. Jeffery... THANK YOU!
