I’m taking this course to learn how to feel my energy better, so that I can better heal myself and others, by using remote reiki for example. I’m learning that one of my obstacles has been not being properly grounded before attempting to send healing energy. In spirit traveling I have a strong sense of touch and hearing, but my visualizations are weak and certainly not vivid, so I hope to get a chance to work on that. I’m enjoying the class so far.
