I love so many programs that I’ve come across through this platform. The courses are low commitment and easy to breeze through. The duality course was very helpful in my healing process, and I just finished the Silva method. There are so many great tools that have been provided to me which are going to be part of my daily life. I love the tools that I have learned since I’ve joined this platform. Mindvalley is a platform that I will continue to be part of, and I’m so thankful to have the access to such great content.
