"I’m glad to realize how much potential I have and how much progress I’ve gained at the end of this journey"

I feel like the biggest lesson that the world is trying to teach me this year is to wait gracefully; to resist instant gratification; to trust and let go. Through this program, I’ve gained tools that allowed me to do just that. There were many times when I hesitated to hit the “complete” button at the bottom of each lesson because I wasn’t sure whether I absorbed all that there was to know about on that day even though I did all the best that I could to listen intently and pay attention throughout the entire period. Yes there were moments when I sort of zoned out but because of constant reassurance from Jeffrey that zoning out or falling asleep can be a good sign, I pushed through. And voila, I completed this program. If I would have allowed my over analytical mind to lead me, I would still be repeating each lesson until I feel like I’m fully satisfied with them. Fortunately, I learned to trust the guidance of my intuition. — I was and probably still am (at least some parts of me) a very skeptical person and I guess that kept me “safe” for a long time but also limited my growth. I’m glad to realize how much potential I have and how much progress I’ve gained at the end of this journey. I have a lot of fave takeaways but the one quote I cannot forget at the moment is by Einstein. How Imagination is more important than Knowledge. Thank you Mindvalley for this and thank you to the Duality Program by Jeffrey Allen!
