I love the Duality training. I have been studying intuition and energy healing for some years now, but through Jeffrey's teachings I could refine some techniques like the boundaries and chakra healing.

For example I always struggled like Jeffrey when surrounded by many people and now after learning the permission rose and improving my skills to adjust my aura I feel much better. I loved the meditations and the simplicity of all the explanations. They are on point and much more comprehensive than the ones from other trainings I did.
