As I began the course I started to feel more connected, happier and more relaxed. I became costumed to ground myself, to say hello to the group energy (and feel it too), to my permission rose and to run my ground and cosmic energy. I felt very present and happy. I discovered interesting things about my self and the story I tell about me. I started to talk to my kids about the program. I will miss it, but at the same time it is already inside of me. I loved every single moment. thank you Jeff & Vishen. l love Mindvalley. it has changed my life. Gracias.
