Before Duality I would describe myself as struggling to control the energy around me especially negative or strong energy directed toward me. I seemed to just absorb everything indiscriminately and I’d end up feeling exhausted and stressed at the end of the day and week. Whether the day was a good or bad day was left to a whim or luck.
Even before I completed the Duality program, I was able to use many of Jeffrey’s techniques to actually control the outcome of my days especially the relationships with people.
Now, after completing Jeffrey’s Duality Quest, I live every day more peacefully and with more joy, feeling empowered. The people at work feel this change of overflowing positive vibes in the entire office and even the patients can feel the beauty of this new-found healing energy.
