This course is loaded with a bunch of tools for helping us understand energy and how to create a more cohesive bond between our physical bodies and our energy bodies. It was fun to learn about Jeffrey's background and how his path in life was directed toward energy healing and eventually meeting Vishen.
As I mentioned, Jeffrey covers a lot of information in this course, and he simplifies it in a way that I could absorb easily. I loved the picture drawings in the videos as well :).
Before this course, I don't think I recognized how easy it can be to tune into energy.
During this course, I learned about intuition, how to ground myself, how cosmic energy travels through us, how to listen and talk to our spirit guides, and much more.
One of my personal favorites was learning about the permission rose. This helped me shift from a mindset of blocking, to one of allowing, and it also enlightened me on how much effort the former takes, as opposed to the latter. Mindvalley is a gem. I'm looking forward to more fun and learning!
