This is the first program I’ve joined. I now I need change and to feel positive. So this one ticked the boxes for me in soooo many ways. I know I need to to the work and looking forward to the transformation of positive energy. Thanks in advance. Fingers crossed this course is the answer ?.

The best lesson I learned was grounding from Jeffrey Allen. I teach meditations and I had a live session on. A dog started barking incessantly, I was able to ground it in a live audience. It was amazing!
