Before this program I was living in chaos. Separated from my spouse after 30 years of toxic behavior and living with an autoimmune disease for 15 years had taken its toll on my soul.
I joined Mindvalley and did the quest of Duality and I found peace in myself. I practice every day. Recently I have a horrific fall and required 3 screws to hold my heel bone together and a femoral stem and ball. I was told that I would not be walking for 5 months snd would probably always limp. I practice everyday the healing energy meditation and I believe that is why I am a miracle.
I am at 3 1/2 months and I am walking. I use a cane first thing in the morning for about 5 minutes then I am good to good.
I am now writing a course on how to help people live a great life living with an autoimmune disease and also just started a YouTube channel as well to help people.
I can honestly say it is because I feel grounded and listen to my intuition due to Jefferey Allen and Duality.
