When I was 14 years old my father took us to José Silva's seminars (Silva Mind Control). Those were my first steps into the world of energy. The interesting thing is that at that time many of his teachings were difficult to apply. Only through Duality, clearing many of my images and periods of growth, synchronicity has come into my life. My whole process of personal growth has helped me to understand myself but also others. 

Duality has changed my life as I have learned to ground myself, to remain neutral about my emotions, to trust my intuition and to rely on the support of my spirit guides. I have yet to master the permission rose ? My life is starting to become easier, more beautiful, more divine, and that is just wonderful. Amazing. It's taken me over a year to start feeling the profound changes. All the time invested in practicing the exercises has been completely worth it!

Mastering the world of energy takes practice. At first, I did Duality alone. Then I discovered the circles. Without them my progress would have been very slow and not as much fun. Circles are for me the place where we enhance our growth and our learning. We learn a lot from each other. We have a lot of fun and feel safe. We speak the same language, we understand each other. 
Without the Duality Quest and without the support of the Duality Ambassadors and the participants in the circles, I would never have reached so quickly and so deeply this wonderful state in the physical world where I am now, thanks to the use of the energetic tools we have learned. The road is long but, I am constantly moving foward and that is a reason to celebrate. I have gained some very good friends for life in this Quest.
