"I have gained knowledge and skills in energy and healing work that I didn't know I could learn and put into practice and immediately see results with"

I am at a loss for words, in the best way possible, for how impactful this program has been. What an absolutely incredible journey! Before this quest, I was feeling low, unenthusiastic about life, and disconnected with myself. Although I have engaged in meditation and spiritual practices before, I was experiencing a new level of brokenness and a revealing of triggers that I had not experienced previously. After this program, I feel like so many masks (fear- and ego-based) have been released, and that I have gained knowledge and skills in energy and healing work that I didn't know I could learn and put into practice and immediately see results with. Not only do I feel self-love, joy, peace, I also now know how to call on myself for more self-love, joy, and peace whenever I need it and in deeper ways that I did not know was possible. That's perhaps one of the greatest gifts I could receive from this quest. I'm also feeling overwhelmed with a renewed understanding of what abundance and grounded-ness means; and since I work in the humanitarian field, I hope to bring these deeper ways of being to all those I work with and for.

As well, I loved the community that was created, and I feel so thankful to the group energy (past, present and future)!! Of course, a huge thank you to Jeffrey, who is an absolutely wonderful teacher. There has been no other program in my life where I have felt this level of authenticity, kindness, patience, non-judgement, and expansiveness from a curriculum and a teacher. Thank you.
