When I started Duality I was looking to heighten my spiritual experience.
 As it turned out, I have heightened my physical experience by integrating my spiritual experience more fully into my daily practices.
 I have a deeper feeling of intuition, and I experience more synchronicity in my daily life.
 I have learned to trust more, and to let go more.
 I also have developed a deeper relationship with my spirit guides, as well as experiencing more lucidity during dreaming.
