Before the program I felt sorta disconnected from my spiritual side...although my intuition when I listened to it worked well, but I remember being so much more connected before and losing this connection made me feel lonelier and on my own.
The really cool and maybe most powerful tool for me was learning about the rose, that clears out the energy I don't want to let in.. it was so Powerful to me with people I actually saw their physical response as I used it. And the funniest thing was - as I started using it, a few days later I got an actual rose pin for the hair from my roommate as a gift... I was surprised and so amused! :))
Now that I finished the course I feel I'm reconnected with my guidance with my spirit guides and again I feel a strong sense of presence and even though there are some sad times of realization I still don't feel alone, I still feel on the right path and supported and I reconnected to love. That means the world to me, thank you Jeffery and Jeffery guides, my guides are grateful to your team and also for all those who are involved in mindvalley by material and by spirit <3
