Before I took the Duality Quest I had some knowledge of meditation, energy work, intuition and spirit guides but the knowing and connection I feel now is so much deeper. I feel a beautiful sense of peace, less stress and do not feel unsure of my direction in life. I think the cost of the MindValley membership was worth it just for this one Quest. Jeffrey Allan's calm and gentle nature is reassuring and leaves you feeling positive and able to see situations and the word in a new light. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
