Before I took the Duality Quest I had some knowledge of meditation, energy work, intuition and spirit guides but the knowing and connection I feel now is so much deeper. I feel a beautiful sense of peace, less stress and do not feel unsure of my direction in life. I think the cost of the MindValley membership was worth it just for this one Quest.
