Duality is the most amazing and beautiful course I have attended so far. I expected a lot from these lessons, but I never anticipated learning this much. I have plenty of practice ahead, and I will repeat many meditations. It was comforting to know about grounding, cosmic energy, the aura, and especially about my higher mind and my guides. While I may not see them, I trust that some of them are my family. I am grateful for Jeffrey Allen's guidance and support.
