Before the program, I was aware of aspects of me such as higher selfs and such, but as I go through my life, there was undeniably a feeling that something is missing.
Through this program, I have learnt to heal my Chakras, especially my root Chakra, and let go of pictures that I used to hold. I remember one day feeling almost "sick" when a thought appeared and I immediately used the healing rose, it worked like magic!
I also remember feeling a pretty bad stomachache one night, and I tried to visualize and heal myself by sending the negative energy to the centre of the earth, and it really helped.
I did have couple really amazing spiritual experiences in this program. The most memorable one has to be the meditation where we visited the centre of the earth and universe. So many images and feelings that I used to feel as a child resurfaced! I felt to secured and at ease.
Today, as I mark the graduation of duality, my inner life feels so much more enriched. Amazing opportunities appeared to me in life, and I must thank everyone, especially Jeffrey, for making this possible. Thank you so much!!
