"I can now create a better space before beginning meditation"

The Duality Quest was incredible!

I learned sooo many tools that help me through out the day. I also found I can now create a better space before beginning meditation – grounding, analyzer, running energy and clearing.

Over the weekend I thought let me really try them out. So a bunch of got together to watch the Super bowl. Before leaving I cleared my pictures around my aura and step up my permission rose. Had awareness of the rose much throughout the gathering. It was pretty amazing, the communication was on a deeper level; I could remain in my space and let others be in theirs while still having a great time together. A nice experience!
 
 Really appreciate the quest, Jeffery was on the ball and I gained much more than I thought.
