My story begins today with a Mindvalley course. I have enjoyed Vishen's podcast for over a year now, and I have learned key points to visual thinking through him and his guests. Very powerful in healing, exploration & discovery, and manifestation. My next step is the Duality course. I chose this one to start with to revisit exercises I have practiced for years from other sources. Now, I am forming a fluid foundation to my path forward with this comprehensive plan.
