My first official MINDVALLEY Quest was DUALITY with Jeffrey Allen where I gained clarity regarding energy flow and structure! His consistency in presentation throughout the program greatly helped imprint the information in my mind... I am beyond GRATEFUL for my transformed understanding of personal/energetic boundaries! I always felt (subconsciously) like I had to “be” everyone else so they would like me, ie “people pleaser” lol. Jeffrey’ class gave me a foundation to build on of how to be ME and tools to hold my boundaries, to create MY seniority from a place of CHOICE instead of fear. It sounds simple but the depth of standing in my own power it gave me still brings tears to my eyes as I write this!
