"I am applying some of these techniques with my clients and with myself"

Before I used to be very cynical and skeptical of anything that I could see or measure. Thanks to Mindvalley and other practices, I have been leaning more toward spirituality and personal growth. I felt tremendous resistance to this training; my beliefs were very strong against it.

And then, as soon as I started, I saw that it was all in my head. I already knew the things that were taught here somehow. This gave me deep peace and a sense of belonging.

Now after the program, I feel that I have outgrown those beliefs. I am applying some of these techniques with my clients and with myself. I am very happy that I have been guided to this training at the time that I could understand and accept it.
