I wanted to learn a deeper form of meditation and got so much more. The energy & aura work has helped my physical pain, emotional over load, stress & overwhelm. Jeffrey is a great teacher, easy to understand, plenty of encouragement. Q&As cover everything. Great coarse, tools to support you. Life changer. Highly recommend.
