I'm a physician, trained to over-analyze and intellectualize. I've been in a decades-long healing journey to release a history of emotional abuse, generational trauma revolving around poverty and violence, and PTSD from religion-gone-wrong. For years, I felt skeptical of energy tools and focused on "evidence based strategies" such as psychotherapy and trauma healing tools. I thought I'd made great progress, but I knew had a long way to go. That's why I joined the Duality training.

The reason I strongly recommend this course is that it feels so effortless true and healing, there's no need for explanation. However, even the scientist in me recognizes that it makes sense. (The atom is mostly energy, and our intention affects whether the electron behaves like a particle or a wave.)
