Before this program, I was a bit fuzzy on all this energy stuff. Knowing it was important, just having little direction/familiarity.
During the program,I experienced some wild transformations, highly increased states of relaxation, and feelings of energy itself.
After this program, feel I have the tool now to truly believe/experience energy, though much practice is still needed of course. Looking forward to continuing to grow spiritually/physically/emotionally.
