"Duality took me by the hand and helped me refocus on what is important in my life"

This is a huge thank-you to Jeffrey, the Duality community, and to Mindvalley. 
 I loved Duality. I'm no stranger to energy healing and the world of spirit guides - I walk a shamanic path in this lifetime. But early this year, feeling really REALLY low after one too many virus infections and facing some tough decisions regarding my professional future, I kept coming across Jeffrey Allen and the Duality program. lol - I know a synchronicity when I see one, and so I enrolled.

Duality took me by the hand and helped me refocus on what is important in my life, and heaved me out of feeling stuck, depressed and sorry for myself. It was great fun to discover another approach to working with my higher self and the earth & cosmic energies. I love the gentle humor and absolute authenticity of Jeffrey's powerful teachings, and my spirit guides were happy, too! I'll be using some of the meditations many more times. And I'm happy to say I feel much clearer, calmer, more focused and a whole lot less scared: thank you for the reminders!! Much love to the Duality community <3
