Please note that this is a small insight into my experience with Duality; what I've experienced is life-changing and ever-expensive. I recommend everyone do the course.
Duality has been a remarkable journey and has allowed me to go deeper into myself and realise how powerful God has made me. Being a Christian, I could easily resonate with most of the tools Jeffery offered me, like the aura bubble, visualising a space and clearing the energy, neutrality (staying on the middle road). I also gained new tools like grounding and turning down my analyser, and I learnt the difference between permission and protection, creating beautiful permission roses.
Since being on the course, I've been connecting what I've learnt in Duality to my everyday experiences. Being aware of various things like belief systems and blocked charkas have helped me be more present, compassionate, and peaceful and keep seniority in my space.
Duality is a lifetime course, and I'm so blessed to have been on this journey unknowing through my Christian faith and now have more clarity and awareness of the tools I can implement. I look forward to retaking the course for many years to come.
I was very excited to learn that; I've been listening to and trusting my guides (the Ultimate Being [God], my higher self, and my spirit guides) all along. I am now aware of my actual spirit guides, having spoken to some of them, and I plan on becoming familiar with them all. Moving forward, I will trust and listen to my intuition and my guides more diligently! I'm going to be a force, for good, to be reckoned with, how exciting!
