Antes de iniciar el programa meditar no era una de mis herramientas favoritas, mientras los días pasaban las meditaciones guiadas junto a Jeffrey me fueron encantando...Amo el concepto de "señoriy" de realmente ser conscientes de que somos cada uno de nosotros los que tenemos el poder y la autoridad sobre nosotros y nuestra energía y salir fácilmente del estado de victima en el que nos han acostumbrado a vivir..
