Before I write my story, I want to convey that I don’t think that the pre-and post assessment questions do this course justice. I think they should be reevaluated because my growth in these 49 days cannot be pinned down to those five questions that were asked. I would say my growth is about how centered I feel how grounded I feel, how capable I feel of handling my own issues. How capable I feel with using my own energy and trusting my intuition. There’s a question in the assessment about how often the person heals themself which is not really applicable to me who doesn’t need energy healing like someone who may have injury. But I do use my energy daily to positively put energy into my day, my projects. And I have accessed my spirit guides and this course did so well to start “small “and then build up to something magnificent. So please reconsider some of the questions, and I would be happy to answer any questions to help out with that.
Before this quest, I always had a meditation practice. I did not consider my meditations as something spiritual. I have avoided that word, because it’s often associated with religion. But I see spirituality now just as connecting to a higher power, whatever you choose to call it. And before this quest, I was exploring my intuition, and connecting to the universe, but now I have the energy tools to go beyond myself, in this body, and connect it to the energy of the universe. I am writing a book, and before I sit down to write, I conjure up the energy and put it into that project. I do that with other things, like my intention to move to another country, and everything that goes with that.
I have historically been a people pleaser, which I am working on, and the concept of the aura and others’ energy entering the aura has given me another angle to view my emotions. Now I consciously review how I’m feeling when a lower vibrational energy arises. I check my aura. And often, it’s energy in my aura, or it’s a cord on my chakras. And then I clear it! Reviewing the chakras is now a practice I do in the morning and before bed. All these tools have greatly helped me connect to my higher energy, my spiritual energy, the greater purpose to it all.
Also, I truly trust that everything is going to be OK and I have let go of trying to control my outcomes. Acting on my intuition has been difficult in the past because my parents made me question it. And this training was another big step in my journey for trusting my intuition, and that everything is going to be OK. I’ve also been in a growth period and now I understand those feelings. Lately, having left an emotionally abusive relationship before I started this quest, having left that relationship has given me so much energy, and this course was a wonderful way to put it to use. I am an energetic being and even before this course, I could bounce off the walls any day, and I prefer to jog instead of walk where I need to go 😄
Oh! And I used the grounding technique to ground myself in a new place when I had to make a sudden trip to Scotland for my grandmother‘s funeral. I have never ever felt so centered when I went to a new country! Practically zero jet lag!! I felt so comfortable in the time and place I was at with that trick.
