Before Jeffrey's Quest, my life was good - I practice vedic meditation twice a day. There are certain principles which were still obscure to me. 
 After taking this Quest I feel the obscurity has lifted and I am connected with my energy and my guides. The Chakra healing was exceptional.
 My top 1 insight after finishing this Quest is continuing the journey (rinse and repeat) to expand my learnings.
