I've spent my entire life believing that "Life" happens to me, and not for me; that "Life" is out of my control and it's on my own shoulders to adapt and overcome as best as possible.
After Duality I realize how much more in control and how much more power I have to influences and manifest the life I WANT. I feel more connected with my spirituality, my family, the earth, the universe, and most importantly myself. I am confident, happy, in love, and feel a great sense of abundance all the time. I have been taught tools that allow me to live life successfully and joyfully. People's energy used to affect my own and if others were consumed by negativity then I would also be consumed by it. But now, I am an Energy Ninja and have the tools to redefine and manifest any and all positivity that I choose to be! I've seen my spirit guides (there are many!) and I can't wait to meet the rest of them. I enter my 30s in the best shape I've ever been in; I am the strongest mentally, spiritually, and physically I have ever been and can't wait to continue my journey on Mindvalley where I am sure I will evolve into the best human I possibly can.
