In this quest, each lesson can be long sometimes (30+ minutes each) and they come with homework. You need to be serious about it, spend time to go over the content, and then do the homework. It is the closest to having an undergraduate-level class in Mindvalley at this point.

I love how energetic Jimmy and Vishen are! Whenever I learned a lesson from them, I feel like I was drinking some really good coffee! And when both of them showed up, their synergistic energy just brightened up the whole space. I love love love their bromantic energy! While other men compete with each other, Jimmy and Vishen love and support each other when they filmed this quest. None of those toxic masculinity energy could be found in Course Pro at all!
For me, the result of Course Pro is I have been taking actions, albeit small, toward creating my first course about movements for those who have mobility issues. This course is going to be a product of love since my brother has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair-bound. We went through covid-19 together as a family and some of these movements had helped him recover faster from covid. I am looking forward to launching this course very much as it is a demonstration to the world that wheelchair-bound people are abled, not disabled; and they can do many incredible things to the world when they are given some necessary skillsets.
