Before Conscious Parenting Mastery I was a bit of an angry parent. Not abusive, but just easily frustrated and short tempered. I would be very impatient with my kids. But since taking this quest, I remember to take a conscious pause before interacting with my boys. Our relationship still has its challenges, but things are much better than they were before, and they are getting better every day.
