"My kids can be and grow up to be the unique individuals"

Before this program, I believed that I'm a good parent but maybe not seeing my kids how they want to be seen. I tried and sometimes got it right but when I was triggered, I reacted in a way I did not like and I'd like to change that so my kids can be and grow up to be the unique individuals they are meant to be without my negative reactivity which I think can affect their spirits.
