Before the quest, I was in a constant battle with my 9-year-old strong-minded girl and realized the way I am parenting is not working. 
After taking this course I learned that I was the one who had to change. 
I loved this course so much and have recommended it to so many family members and friends. It will not only change the way we parent but also how we enter with any other relationship in this world. 
Areas I have realized that I have changed is to LIVE IN THE MOMENT, RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW! 
The top three takeaways was to STOP - PAUSE - REFLECT 
The biggest realization was to use everyone as a mirror and asking myself, why did I react this way?
