The first part of this quest was a powerful emotional roller coaster for me, healing my childhood trauma and connecting deeply with my inner child, letting go my feelings that had been stuck with me for so many years. However, I can never feel more grateful for what I am experiencing now in my life: I am very aware about my feelings, my triggers and I can take decisions how to handle situations instead of just reacting. Some days I even wake up feeling joyful and I start dancing - this is so new to me.
I now feel ready to break the patterns that have been passed down to me from generations to generations and to live my life fully from my true self.
Dr. Shefali’s confidence and genuineness create so much empowerment during the quest, through the process of practicing and developing new skills and creating an amazing opportunity for changing lives.
