Before taking this program I was stressed, controlling and full of guilt on how I am parenting my 9-year-old daughter . I find myself constantly battling , using consequences to control situations. I know this is impacting my relationship with her and myself. I listened to The Conscious Parenting Free Masterclass and knew I needed to change completely how I parent starting with myself .
