I began watching the content Mindvalley produces on YouTube. After watching a few, several, I then decided to join the Coaching Session Planner program. 
While taking the course I learned details on how to construct a contract for my clients, how to do work before the session, and even how to continue a proper follow-up from that session. It helped me to feel much more confident in what I am doing and the organizational aspect of coaching.
