I'm a relatively new coach. My main challenge was that I love learning but I dread doing. And I joined Coaching Mastery for the learning, but ironically I haven't touched any of that but joined the weekly coaching practice sessions. I was worried about the coaching itself earlier, now it's just like... "Yeah sure" I'm ready to coach while before I used to sit back and watch everybody. And it was amazing. Just from today, my coaching practice partner said that was some really good deep listening, so what I realised was: I was trying to learn deep listening by watching all the demos and videos but I didn't get it until I actually got it. A person actually had an amazing insight last week and just gave me a testimonial and I noticed - wow this actually works. And if I can do that in 15 minutes, I can talk to anybody.
